Personal Group Holdings Plc, a workforce benefits and health insurance provider, announces its preliminary results for 2024, highlighting double-digit revenue growth and strong operational progress. The groups revenue from continuing operations increased by 13% to £43.8 million, with growth across all divisions. Annualized recurring revenue streams also rose by 13% to £43.4 million. Adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations increased by 29% to £10.0 million, while profit before tax from continuing operations rose by 34% to £6.8 million. The basic EPS from continuing operations increased by 32% to 17.7p. The companys balance sheet remains strong, with a cash and bank deposits position of approximately £27.4 million and no debt. A final dividend of 10.0p per share is announced, making a full-year dividend for 2024 of 16.5p, a 41% increase from 2023. The groups insurance division delivered another record year, with annualized insurance sales increasing by 18% to £13.9 million. The benefits offering, including the Hapi platform, also showed growth, with annualized recurring revenue (ARR) up 10% to £6.7 million. The groups strategy is focused on expansion, innovation, adoption, and partnering, with an ambition to deliver over £100 million in revenues, £30 million in Group EBITDA, and £20 million in SaaS ARR by 2030.
